Flaps do not seal well.

I have had several Pet Safe brand dog doors and all of them allowed you to adjust the angle of the door flap to make sure it's sealed. These do not have that feature

I have had several Pet Safe brand dog doors and all of them allowed you to adjust the angle of the door flap to make sure it's sealed. These do not have that feature and I am very glad that I have a dual flap door because usually one of them is not closed correctly. There is more air leak with this brand with two flaps then I had with the other brand with one flap.

Happy Furkids

My furkids(2)love and use the door all the time, one of them (Peety) will use the doggie door even when the people door is open. They all were a little hesitant

Simple Install - Just Follow Directions

Excellent Pet Door for normal drywall framing and stucco. This is the second one I've purchased for 2 different homes. Following the step by step install instructions

Excellent Pet Door for normal drywall framing and stucco. This is the second one I've purchased for 2 different homes. Following the step by step install instructions made the job easy. The outside of my houses was stucco, so I used exterior caulking to ensure a good seal. A jigsaw and drill made the install go faster too. Using a stud finder helped me pick the correct location. The instructions / video stepped you through ensuring the door was the correct height for your pet and that it was centered. Highly recommend this product.

Chewy delivered this very quickly and it arrived in perfect condition. My handyman installed it and said it was one of the easiest he has ever installed, and he is installed many doggie doors. I had him install it in a small alcove that I guess was supposed to be used for stacking wood next to a gas fireplace. I never used it for that. The doggie door is pretty much out of sight. There was some wiring in the wall that he was able to drape over the doggie door. The double flaps stay put because of magnets at the bottom of the flaps. After 2 days of bribing my dogs and occasional gentle push through the doggie door, they have started (reluctantly) to use it. It takes a little bit of a shove with their noses to open the flap, but they're getting used to that. I'm very pleased with this purchase and strongly recommend this product.
