Why is it so expensive???

The original company this crate is from is cheaper than Chewy. Why buy from here if there is no real deals? I used to love chewy and bought from them regularly

The manufacturer advertises how safe this cage is for your dog, especially for those with high anxiety. There are claims that your dog can’t get hurt in their cages. We have now broken teeth, cuts, wounds and a dog that is now worse than ever with anxiety. The manufacturer is now claiming I need to learn how to properly train my dog. While I admit she’s never had formal training, at 14 yrs old, we were hoping to keep her safe when we went out. Not the case with this cage.

Sturdy but poor ventilation

We bought this for our foster dog that has severe anxiety and has escaped every kennel. I like that this kennel is sturdy however it does not have good ventilation so we have a fan set up to provide airflow. The ventilation holes are very small and I don't like that you can't see inside. It would be nice if it had some sort of window or door that you can check on the animal without opening the door.

This crate is insanely durable. When my new shepherd ate through 2 metal kennels, I knew I had to take drastic measures. This crate is like a complete lock box and he has not escaped from it yet! Yes, they are expensive but I am telling you that if you have a dog with anxiety like mine, it is worth the money

We bought the high anxiety crate for our lab mix because she has successfully escaped her wire crate a few times and recently herself trying to escape. So this definitely appears escape proof. She took to it well.

We finally have a kennel that our husky/border collie can't get out of! For our most recent kennel, we paid $500 for a metal kennel with thick bars. He chewed 2 of the hollow bars, bent them and then got out of the kennel. This kennel has finally provided the peace of mind we've been looking for. It is closed and secure every time.

Our rescue dog came to us with severe anxiety issues, which led to a series of destroyed crates and worrisome self-injuries. Out of desperation, we decided to try a high-anxiety crate, hoping it would be sturdy enough to contain him. The crate exceeded our expectations, providing a safe and calm environment for our dog. It's been transformative for his well-being and our peace of mind, proving to be an invaluable investment. It's more than worth it for the peace of mind and relief we now feel when we leave our beloved pet at home.

We got this crate after our dog with extreme separation anxiety peeled the wires apart in a regular wire crate and ate through the plastic of an airline crate. At that rate, it was worth the money to save the house. Now, 5 years later, the crate is still helping new dogs and foster dogs that have separation anxiety, and after a year or so with this crate, our original dog no longer has separation anxiety. It is also super easy to clean when those high anxiety dogs have accidents, and very helpful for crate training without ruining the floors (typical wire crates have a spillover effect, not good for our wood floors).
