Looks good and functional, BUT...

This gate is sturdy, functional, and looks good, but only one of the two locking pins (at the top of the gate) works (the top one) when sliding the locking tab back

This gate is sturdy, functional, and looks good, but only one of the two locking pins (at the top of the gate) works (the top one) when sliding the locking tab back to release and open the gate. We ordered two of these gates and it's the same on both. Not sure if this is by design, an install error on my part, or that I just got two lemons. They still work, I just had to manually push the bottom pin back in its hole and placed tape over it so it wouldn't catch each time I opened the gate.

Two orders- both damaged

I bought two of these and although the box was fine, they were both significantly damaged. A dent or two on the metal portion and deep scratches on the wood in multiple

I bought two of these and although the box was fine, they were both significantly damaged. A dent or two on the metal portion and deep scratches on the wood in multiple spots on both gates! That’s a nope for me.
