  • Wash hands, working surfaces, utensils, bowls and any other items that come in contact with raw meat or poultry with hot, soapy water.

  • If your pet does not consume all the food presented within 30 minutes, discard any leftovers.

  • Keep package sealed to maintain freshness.

Transition Instructions

Instinct's Responsibility as The Raw Brand

LEAD WITH RAW

It all started with Instinct's raw pet food. Since the beginning, they've led with raw because they know the good it can do. They're rewriting the rules of pet food and championing raw nutrition to bring its superior benefits to all that they do.

KEEP IT REAL

Delicious and nutritious pet food should only use real ingredients. For Instinct, this means all-natural, real meat, fruits and vegetables, with nothing artificial.

MAKE IT SIMPLE

Feeding raw should be simple, and it should easily fit into your everyday routine. Instinct believes raw should be accessible to pet parents so every pet can experience the benefits of raw nutrition.

DO IT TOGETHER

Instinct believes in the power of raw nutrition. It only makes sense to share it. Together with local shelters and volunteer efforts nationwide we’re on a mission to transform the lives of all pets.

MAKE IT BETTER

Instinct has never been afraid to challenge the status quo of pet nutrition. They continuously redefine what better means—always pushing their standards of nutrition to raise the bar in pet food.

Pure, real nutrition of raw on every piece

About Instinct

Instinct believes deeply that it's up to them to find a way to make it possible for more people to feed their pets the pure, real nutrition that only comes from raw. They know that if they can get the nutrition of raw into more bowls, they'll transform the lives of more pets. And that's really why they do what they do.

Unfortunately it’s a no from my dog

By Carol on Jan 7, 2021

I wanted this to be buggys new food. I’m trying to have him eat as clean as possible as he is starting to get older. This worked really great In Little amounts (when mixed it with his dry food) but once he started eating this food alone he started getting terrible acid reflux. I made sure to ween him off his old food correctly and I even elongated that period to make sure his body was fully comfortably with the new diet. This May be great for other pups, I’m sad it didn’t work out with buggy

We have been using Tylee’s frozen and he was so happen the. Then the pandemic and you can’t get tyless’s and have not since June 2020. So we tried this, was total disaster. He would not touch it. Smelled gross and clearly my dog felt same way. We ended up giving to a neighbor who’s dog absolutely loved it. So until They decide to bring Tylees’s frozen back I am gonna have to find something else. I

    Dogs love it

By Carie on Dec 18, 2020 Top 1000 Contributor

I've given it to them frozen as a treat or thawed and mixed with kibble for a meal. They love it and seem healthier too.

Raw may be healthy but she hated it and vomited!

    By Bella1 on Jul 23, 2020

This was by far the nastiest dog food that I have ever given my fur baby. I served two tours in northern Europe and fed my Rottweiler cow stomach (called Hundwurst) it had grass and insects, you name it whatever was ground up in the cow stomach was in it and I have to say it smelt 10 times better than this stuff. So I even tried cooking this stuff in the micro and the smell ran me out of my kitchen. I ended up throwing out the entire bag minusone patty. I have had to serve my for baby chopped chicken breast and brown rice and carrots and apples since they stopped making the Tylees she has refused to eat anything else. Please truly find something that a 5-pound Chihuahua will eat (and not dry This was by far the nastiest dog food that I have ever given my fur baby. Pricy but Worth It

By Grey on Jul 8, 2020 Top 1000 Contributor

I was looking for food that was a little less processed and less calorie dense than my pup’s kibble. These patties expand a lot when you crumble them up, helping me fill my pup’s bowl and keep him full. I like that Instinct recipes are formulated by a board-certified veterinary nutritionist. My pup can’t get enough of the taste, though he did reject all raw food at first. I just offered him a frozen patty as a treat. He nibbled on it until he realized it was delicious and then had no problems with the thawed food. The patties thaw overnight in the fridge and rarely make a mess.
