This flavor is a big hit
By Paula on Feb 9, 2021
My cats get Core and Prescription Diet dry foods 24/7, plus their (until now) favorite Fancy Feast flavor, but I wanted to try a better quality wet food than FF. So far they've tried Instinct turkey, duck, and rabbit. They like the turkey about as well as the FF, wouldn't touch the duck with a barge pole, and *love* the rabbit. They like it so much that for the first time ever they pestered me to feed them, then dove in. With the dry available they've always taken care of themselves between can feedings, but they were obviously eating the rabbit for the flavor. I have better luck with all their wet food when I mash it up a little with a fork. They tend to lick the gravy up otherwise and My cats get Core and Prescription Diet dry foods 24/7, plus their (until now) favorite Fancy Feast flavor, but I wanted to try a better quality wet food than FF. Quality rabbit
By Catparent on Nov 21, 2019
The rabbit to gravy ratio is just right so you can mix it into the dry food easily. I just wish it contained tourine (probiotic) so I could skip the dry food occasionally.

My cats love Stella and Chewy products

I mix up the rabbit with the chicken and my cats seem to enjoy them. My one little furr baby insists on them every day. Very happy!

I tried this from a pet store. My cats really love is type of wet food so I bought a case of it. No waste.

excellent quality food, except my cat just wants the gravy
By kring on Sep 13, 2018
My cat Prince begs for me to open one of these pouches, he knows where on the counter they are kept because he will go to them and beg, but he only wants the gravy! Every pouch I've opened, he licks up all the gravy and barely touches the meat chunks. I'm sure it's just my cat being weird, because I've purchased Instinct products before and it's excellent quality food, so next time I'm going to try the Instinct minced rabbit cups and see if kitty eats more than just the gravy.

Dogs love these, too!
By JandJ on Aug 5, 2018 top10Contributor
I've previously used the Instinct freeze-dried rabbit cat food as training treats for my dog and, in search for a food topper that doesn't contain chicken or beef, decided to give these a try. The ingredients are almost identical to the dog formulas, and DL-Methionine (and taurine in the freeze-dried food) are just as healthy for dogs as cats. I gave these a try and they are a huge hit! My super-finicky dog has now gone over a week finishing every meal (almost a record for her) with a pouch mixed in breakfast and frozen raw mixed in with dinner. Highly recommended for feline and canine alike!

Healthy rabbit food
By Susi on Aug 9, 2018
The food looks healthy. My cats lick the liquid but I have yet to entice them to eat the product. I will keep it in the rotation in hopes that they will eat it. They are too clever when I mix it in their old food.
