Got this for traveling with Cavalier for use in hotel room. Perfect. Folds up easily. Now using at home too. Perfect size. Appears well made. Sturdy.

Sturdy and configurable

We have 3 sets of these. I like how I can configure them to fit my space and needs. I like that they use posts to connect the panels and not the other design by Iris where they interlock. I use 5 panels for our 3 little dogs, all under 10 lbs. Gives them room for their beds and some potty pads while traveling. I can use a 1-2 panels to just block off an area or room, too. Only cons is they take up more room in the car than a pop-up pen and you can only hook them up 2 panels at a time when storing, as they don't fold like an accordion like a wire pen would. Also, if your dog is a jumper, they can move the panels and make it a squishy, diamond shape. Problem is easy to work around with a well, placed dog bed or dowel rods to keep that from happening. If you get the pen with the door, you need to tighten the screw often to keep it locked. However, I like them a lot and they are perfect for my needs.

Dog can climb out easily

This pen is light weight and easy to put together. So easy that I didn’t even mind that it doesn’t come with a door-I would just pull out one of the poles to open

This pen is light weight and easy to put together. So easy that I didn’t even mind that it doesn’t come with a door-I would just pull out one of the poles to open the enclosure when I was ready to let the pup out and then put it back together. It is slightly flimsy since it’s made of plastic, but I had two sides against a wall so that helped. The problem is that most dogs will get out of this. I have a puppy and within a week I caught him teetering on the top of it trying to get out. The next day he escaped completely and I placed him back in. Within minutes I watched how he did it. He’s not a very high jumper, but he stood on his hind legs and climbed up the pattern like a ladder. So easy. Unless you have an older dog, or one whose paws wouldn’t fit (but a larger dog could just jump out) this pen isn’t going to be of much help. Might save it to protect my Christmas tree, but definitely can’t trust this to keep my dog contained for safety reasons. Major design flaw.

We brought this for our new mini golden doodle puppy to limit him around the house during potty training. There was just enough space for a puppy pad, space for 2-3 small toys, and a small/medium dog bed. This is great if you have a small/mini dog or puppy. I will warn you (why I dropped a star), there are rigids along the wall of the panels that allows a smart dog to step up on and pull themselves over the playpen and out of it. My puppy learn this after a week and was able to use his tiny puppy legs and leverage himself using these panel rigids and toss himself out of his pen. Image my shock and horror when I went into the living room and saw my puppy gone! I found him chewing on the rug behind my couch. We only use this pen now to block him from the cat's water bowl at night. For the price it is okay

Nice pen and easy to set up.

Would have given it 5 stars but my min poodle climbed the pen and escaped the first day I put it up. I would not have believed it if I had not watched him do it
