I’ve bought many things of springtails before. You can easily see springtails moving around, but this, this was a container of charcoal that was turning moldy with 0 springtails. Complete waste of money. I’ll go back to my old source for springtails.

Great customer service

So I ordered this without really thinking about how hot it was and if the springtails would survive. Unfortunately they did not make it. I followed the instructions

So I ordered this without really thinking about how hot it was and if the springtails would survive. Unfortunately they did not make it. I followed the instructions sent with it (to wait a few days for any sign of life). I got in touch with Chewy and got a full refund. I'm excited to order these again when it's cooler outside and they're more likely to survive. Chewy was incredibly helpful.

Bogus product bought 2 had nothing but charcoal

Save your money these are garbage nothing but charcoal we bought 2 of them and we couldn't find anything even under a microscope.

Didn't even see any dead springtail. Just some wet charcoal. Im sure these are just stored somewhere and never maintained so they all must have starved or never
