How To Store & Serve
Storing
Store frozen food for up to 18 months in the freezer. Thawed food can be kept in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
Thawing in Fridge
(Recommended) 24 hours for 18 ounces of food and up to 48 hours for 72 hours of food.
Thawing in Cold Water
1 hour for 18 ounces of food and 3 to 5 hours for 72 ounces of food.
Serving
Place the appropriate amount of fully thawed food in your dog’s food bowl and serve!

Just food for dogs
This food helped my dog in her final days. She was diagnosed with cancer after I had ordered this, thankfully this gave her something she would eat a little before she passed. I gave what was left to a friend who had a pregnant dog who had dietary restrictions, and she got along well with it. I was thankful for something she would eat in her final days
Top quality, healthy and delicious!
You know your dog loves his food when he spends 10 minutes licking the bowl for every last ounce of flavor! (Or maybe he's hoping it will magically refill! haha) Our Yorkie/dachshund mix absolutely LOVES JustFoodForDogs Sensitive Skin & Stomach Variety Pack Human-Grade Fresh Whole Dog Food. Every flavor in this variety pack was a hit with our pooch! JustFoodForDogs is made with human-grade ingredients and free of preservatives, artificial additives and several common allergens. You can see chunks of vegetables and meats in the food! The Joint and Skin Support flavor with pork and quinoa honestly looks like quinoa bowls that I eat! I feel confident that I'm giving my dog top quality, healthy food. The packs are shipped frozen in vacuum sealed blocks about the size of a small book. They're easy to store and stack in the freezer, then pop in the refrigerator to thaw when ready to use. They stay fresh for 7 days after thawed and 5 days once opened. Super convenient! Would definitely recommend this food to others, especially for puppers with sensitive stomachs or allergies.
High Quality and so Fresh!
I was excited to have my pups try this food. I received JustFoodForDogs Sensitive Skin & Stomach Variety Pack Human-Grade Fresh Whole Dog Food to try for free in exchange for an honest review. My basset hounds can be picky eaters but not with this food! Every flavor was devoured at meal time by my pups. I was impressed with the quality of the food, which looked like human food with chunks of real veggies and meats. Nothing looked artificial, which made the description of being free of preservatives, artificial additives and several common allergens beyond believable. I felt really good feeding my pups this food. My one hound can be super fussy and sensitive, but he had nothing but excited tail wags when I fed him JustFoodForDogs. I would feed them this all the time if the price was more affordable.
Great, fresh Food
My dogs love this food and I feel good giving it to them. I know their kibble is nutritionally complete, but dogs aren't made to just eat dry kibble. I feel great giving them real food with the nutrients they need. I mixed this with their regular kibble so I wasn't switching their food completely. They love it and there were no issues with upset bellies. I really appreciate there are plenty of options for special diets as well. We have chicken allergies and some skin issues, so finding food that accommodates that is a huge plus. I received this as a free sample, but would love to continue using it along with their kibble.
Great choice for human-grade dog food
The JustFoodForDogs sensitive skin and stomach variety pack, human grade fresh whole dog food looks just like a delicious stew dinner. It has hearty cuts of meat and veggies and looks like a really great choice. My dogs are quite picky though and would not eat most of the flavors, they would not touch the cod flavors at all, but did eat some of the venison. I think this is a great choice for dogs that are not quite so picky or are used to eating these types of dinners. The food comes packaged in vacuum sealed bags which makes them easy to store, thaw, heat, and serve. I am happy to have received this product at no cost as a part of the sampling because I would not otherwise have tried it. Unfortunately, I will not be purchasing this product in the future, but may try different varieties of like products.
Expired product
Horrible. They sent products ordered 2/5/23 that expired many months ago and I didn't even notice until I already fed 2 pouches, threw the rest out. Is there any quality control? Would not recommend
Keeping in my freezer
I received free samples of JustFoodForDogsSensitiveSkin & Stomach Variety Pack Fresh whole Dog Food for this review. Because really, how could I write about it with any real knowledge? Good or bad, I tell it like it is. So here we go My little terror enjoyed sampling these frozen meals. I enjoyed the convenience. I have bought Bil-Jac frozen before, and it's my preferred mainly because he likes it and it's made locally in my area. Downside, it takes up to much space in my freezer. It comes in a limited flavor. Just for dogs line had several flavors that were sent. Some he liked. Some not so much, which was surprising. He eats everything. Lettuce, cucumber, any berries, fruits, salads (preferably with salad dressing) but turned his nose up to the any of the seafood options and the Squash or Kale. It's a nice product to have around. Ive mixed it in with the dry food too. The big dogs are with the little one. Didn't like the fish ones either. Odd. I will keep these in my freezer for those times when he isn't feeling well. It will fit perfectly in our lives. Thanks Chewy!
Amazing, dogs love it!
My beagles absolutely go crazy over this food! Not only do they love it, but I feel good feeding it to them, I can see the bits of meat and veggies and just know that its human grade. I can split one pack between both of them and feel like its sufficient enough. They were all packed full of food and with enough moisture so they werent dried up after defrosting. The only one that was different than the others was the one with sushi rice, it kind of sticks together and you have to break it up a bit before serving. Every one of them has been a hit with my pups! Highly recommend. I did receive this product as part of a sampling program but my views are my own.
Queenie Loved It!!
I received a variety pack of Just Food for Dogs to try for free as part of a sample. My 2 year old French Bulldog absolutely loved this food. The Venison & Squash was probably her favorite. She learned to recognize the sounds of the packaging almost immediately and would come sit on the kitchen rug and watch while we opened and prepared her bowl. The only thing I did not care for was how thick and dense some of the varieties were. Other than that it was all perfect & Queenie loved it. We will definitely be continuing to use this food in the future.
picky dog loves (most) of it
We have a picky dog that would rather sleep with a rumbling belly than eat something he didn't feel was appetizing. Sometimes we have to resort to mixing shredded cheese into his kibble to entice him, but those issues don't exist with JustFoodForDogs. We've been lucky enough to try the regular variety pack, which he loves all of. Because he's had a more sensitive stomach the past few months, we were so happy to also try the sensitive skin & stomach version. He loves this pack too, with the exception of the pork/quinoa flavor. He jumps on the chance to eat everything else though, hence the 4 stars. The process for defrosting is easy, and we just put the leftovers into a zip top plastic bag for his next meal. His stools are a good consistency and very regular while on this food, and he's happy to eat it -- everyone is happy!
