Poor Quality
Used this product for years, bought two few months ago, 1 arrived with valve in water tube, unusable. The other items valve pops out frequently. Both tubes were not glued to base. JW has found cheap manufacturer.
A mess it was awful
I love chewy but this product was cheap to me it fell apart n i had no idea how to put together, material was alll wrong also over alll not a good product
Couldn't use it
My birds passed away a day after order was passed and I was unable to use it :((
flaw in floater
Unusable. Replaced with something else. The floater was stuck in the water part.
Poorly made. Will return.
Silo does not sit securely in base. Not sturdy. Is unusable. Poorly packaged.
Great product for the price!
I struggled at first to install the water tower, but it works beautifully! Water dispenses as described. You might get a splash when you flip over the tower onto its basin, but who cares?! I got two.
Good Water Storage Solution
I bought this for a backup for my sugar gliders normal water dispenser. It seems to work well. The hole for drinking is a good size where you don’t have to worry about drowning or anything. My only complaint is that the water spills a lot when you refill it so just have a paper towel ready!

It gives my small birds clean water without allowing them to make the water dirty in a day because of its tower design and narrow water trough for their beaks
Small leak issue
Not sure if I got a bad one but it won't stop leaking, I've made sure it was sealed tight before attaching it to the cage but it leaks water everywhere so I've since thrown it away.
