Opened the beef, larger can today, the product is quite watery, not sure if that's how it suppose to look. I am comparing this to the smaller can of lamb which has more of a shape vs the beef large can. Not sure if it's a formulation difference. Overall more "broth" vs "meat" in it.
I'm really happy we found this canned dog food. We do a mix of dry and wet with our english cream golden puppy, and she's had a sensitive stomach to some canned food, but this keeps her stomach really happy and she loves the taste of it too! I'm also so glad that Chewy is offering the subscription model for these, it takes the pressure off remembering to reorder it. I also had great customer service with Chewy when this one was out of stock for our monthly shipment; they wrote me an email immediately, offered a replacement and discounted my order, and shipped it that same day. Impressive! Thanks Chewy.
I have six dogs ranging from a small Pug mix to a medium sized Golden mix. All of the dogs love this food. It is expensive as all human grade food is but well worth the cost in quality of ingredients. I usually mix it with The Honest Kitchen and it is gone in a second. I have tried several of the varieties and all work like a charm. If you want to save on vet bills down the road, it is worth feeding quality food. Even the cans are BPA free which is important.
My pup loves all food. This is only the 2nd wet food we've gotten him that he won't touch. Our other family dogs won't touch it either. Bummer considering the cost.
I know that K9 Natural is great food, but was very happy about the delivery too. Not a single can was bent in any way and I received it two days early! Very happy customer ~
My dog loves his Beef Feast, looks like he’s gonna be a lifetime customer.
I believe the K9 grass fed beef dog food is a quality product, just couldn't get my picky, picky 11 yr old dog to eat it.
My puppy is extremely finicky. He gobbled this down in no time flat. Absolutely loved it. My older dog also loves it. I purchased this product because I was at my wits end on what to give my puppy. He turns his nose up at everything. The K9 freeze dried and canned products he loves. It is pricey but I was concerned because my dog was not eating and I was worried.
The dog’s go crazy for this food and I love the ingredients.
Three things made me try this food, first the ingredients, highly nutritious, second the half can option, and third the review by the two most pickiest dogs in the world, funny because my 16 and a half Year old Yorkie, Miss Bunny would have to be the runner up to that title. I also tried everything canned, freeze dried, home cooked. She would skip meals. I worked so hard to get her to eat until now. It’s been a couple weeks since I started this food and still she gobbles it up. I even put a little steak cut up next to this food and she at this food first, say what? Also I was concerned that with tripe in the ingredient it would be stinky, but it’s not. It’s a bit pricey but it’s worth every penny. It is extending my doggy’s life. You can use it as a topper to make it last longer too. So thankful to Chewy and K9 Natural for understanding what my dog needs and likes.
