When they list the first ingredient as beef could that also include rendered meat, hooves, snouts, etc?

Pretty much every shipment we receive of the K-9 canned dogfood has 3 to 9 cans that are dented or damaged. The previous shipment had 2 cans that when opened had black areas of food on the inside wall of the can adjacent to a dent. I noticed this when I opened the can. I did not use either of those cans because I felt the product had been compromised due to the denting or possible cracking of the can. Maybe you can look at how they package their product. It could stand an upgrade. The other brand, Science Diet, we have not had any issues with damaged product.

It is healthy for them as it is from grass fed beef, and I am trying to avoid the chemicals and corn-based feed from factory farmed animals that passes through to my dogs when I feed them beef raised on antibiotics and corn/grain feed. It's easy to feed and they love it. It is expensive. But I have earned my way to being able to afford this.

Just want to give a heads up for the bigger cans of this product. First off I've feeding this food to my dog for about 2+years now all has been well. Lately Ive notice the food has been suspect the last couple of orders. Discoloring and not smelling like it use to. My dog is not actively jumping at the chance to eat it. Looking at the cans items with years 2023-2022 as the creation date are ones with this issue. THE CANS ARE NOT HOLDING FRESHNESS!
