K9warehouse Beef Marrow 5-6-in Dog Bone Treats, 3 count

So, since my preferred brand of marrow bone (Nandi), has been out of stock for several months, I decided to purchase the K9 since my dog enjoys these as well. I bought the 3 count and everything was fine. Next purchase, I decided on the 6 count because it was cheaper per bone. Well there’s a reason for that; the 6 count aren’t marrow bones, they are labeled, “Dog Chews”. There is nothing in the description nor the pictures that give any indication of product differences between bone counts. Contacted Chewy, and as usual they are going to make it right. I appreciate Chewy’s dedication to their customer, I really do. However, this time it was a big fail because they didn’t thoroughly read my complaint and assumed I’d not received this part of my order. Lo and behold, they sent me the same marrow-less bones again. I am currently ordering another bag of 3 and will hopefully get what I paid for initially. In the end, it’s really not Chewy’s fault I suppose; we shall see, stay tuned.
