Instantly my rabbits got excited with the crinkle noise. No hesitation in chomping their first bite. Both of my buns enjoyed it for awhile. However the female one is a little picky and she did not want any more after a couple of bites. She didn't want to eat after day 2 but the male bun is perfectly fine with it. This has a slight hint of sourness compared to the Oxbow Garden Select brand.

I'm so glad we discovered Kalmbach Feeds Belly Booster. My Dutch elder bunny, Brownie, has a very sensitive stomach and goes into stasis so easily now. We've had a stressful summer, so I started giving him and my other buns a small amount of the pellets daily. He was a little hestitant at first but comes running for them now. I was a bit worried about introducing new food to him, since that usually triggers stasis, but we've had absolutely no issues. He loves them, too, so it's a win-win for everyone. The pellets are perfectly-sized, not too big but not too small to risk choking, have a pleasant aroma different from their normal pellets, and the two-pound bag will last for quite a while. The bag itself is durable and seals easily.

Reviewed this product while my three rabbits were perfectly healthy and not under stress. They all loved it and ate these pellets over their own daily pellets so they must taste good. Two. Rabbits showed no difference in their poop. The one larger bunny did get soft poops so I assume if while under stress bunnies would be pooping less so I’m going to assume that this product would help hydrate their poops and help them poop more. Will try product again if my bun buns are ever under stress and not pooping well and send another review. For now I can say they all loved it and ate it

My 8 year old rabbits nutritional needs are changing so I was eager to try this product. I first tried a few pellets and she gobbled them up. Now I add a teaspoon daily to her regular pellets. They were an immediate hit. When I tried to move the dish away she grunted which was a sure sign she loved them!

My rabbit is picky and will actually eat this! However, there’s no expiration date on the bag, which is strange. I found somewhere online that someone suggested it’s good for 6 months once opened, but didn’t confirm with the company. Also it says for use in periods of stress- I couldn’t find enough info online as to whether it’s okay to feed daily. I’m hesitant to do so without guidance since rabbits have a sensitive digestive tract. But still a good product to have on hand just in case!

my bunny just started this today. He seems to like it, but it does have a little bit of an odor. He’s not a picky boy so it’s nice to give him something healthy

Personally this is not a product I would use very frequently. I did have an instance where I was asked to dog sit and it stressed my rabbit out to where she wasn’t
