I like the on/off switch on the bowl so on days where it is not freezing, I can turn it off without unplugging it. So, far so good, we will see how it does in January/February when it is really cold but I don't anticipate any issues.

I wish it had a removable insert for easier refilling. The whole thing has to be unplugged and carried in.
