Not as Advertised

The image of this product shows that it is one piece with the loofah attached to the wood part. Instead I received 3 wooden apple pieces and 2 colored loofah pieces

The image of this product shows that it is one piece with the loofah attached to the wood part. Instead I received 3 wooden apple pieces and 2 colored loofah pieces that are not attached. The loofah’s also don’t have any holes or way to attach them safely to the wood. I will not be purchasing these again and will be wary about purchasing similar chews from Kaytee in the future.

Not as pictured.

I have bought these on and off for a long time. But these do not look like the ones I used to get. The loofa part is just cut into the shape of the "apple slice"

I have bought these on and off for a long time. But these do not look like the ones I used to get. The loofa part is just cut into the shape of the "apple slice" and not even attached. And one slice has nothing on it at all. Guess I won't get them again. I am sure my chinchilla will gnaw on the wood, but since the loofa is not on the outside (peel) are, he will ignore that part.

These are not what the picture shows, they have sponge slices on top and are not really thick wedges like the picture. I bought these for my chinchilla to chew ,Still
