Cockatiel 2 - 4 Tablespoons
When introducing a new food, begin with a mixture of "old and new" food, gradually increasing the amount of new food over a 7 - 10 day period. This will prevent digestive upset as well as allow your pet to adjust to the new food. For best results discard any uneaten portion and clean food dish before next feeding. Fresh water should be available at all times. The following feeding amounts can be used as a starting point for one pet. Adjust the portions to maintain proper weight and if additional pets are fed.

This "Bugs" Me

99% of the products we order from Chewy are perfect. They are competitively priced, delivery is super quick, and the items are exactly what we ordered. Once in a great while, however, there's a "klinker." This was one such order. Apparently, prior to shipping, the original bag opened (or was torn). Rather than to put it aside, the bag was placed into a second, clear (think vegetable aisle) plastic bag and sent to me, with seeds falling out from the original packaging into the plastic bag. "Things," which could have been loose seeds, but looked like live bugs, were moving around between the two bags. Rather than to waste the seeds and money, I stuck the whole thing into the freezer to get rid 99% of the products we order from Chewy are perfect. Receiving my bird cockatiel treat in the box crushed by the dog food box. I wish maybe some paper or something to separate but my bird treat was a total mess and more mess taking out of box all over my carpet not knowing bag was busted while delivery.

To many sunflower seeds

It’s good quality seed but wayyyy to many sunflower seeds as to many sunflower seeds is very unhealthy to parrots. Definitely won’t be ordering it again.

Product received with torn bag on two occasions

I ordered multiple items that came in a large box twice. Unfortunately both times the bird seed bag came torn with seeds leaking out all over the box. While I will continue to buy products from Chewy, I will no longer buy bird seed. The seeds themselves are OK although my cockatiels won't eat about a third of the ingredients. They don't like the sunflower seeds for some reason when they have eaten sunflower seeds in other packages.

Broken package

Product was fine but packed with 2 boxes of wet cat food. Broke open in shipping and was all over the box and inside the Meow Mix box too.
