How would you take the stand off?
Answer by ChewyDec 30, 2017
These legs can be removed by pulling down and away from the wheel. The legs will slide off. This Silent Spinner have the option to attach directly to the side of most wire habitats.

can this be used for rabbits ? specifically a mini lop
Answer by ChewyOct 30, 2018
It's not recommended for rabbits to use a running wheel or ball. Hamsters and gerbils have a much more flexible spine compared to rabbits. A rabbit has a long stride that could not be accommodated by a wheel. It is better to just let a rabbit run around on the ground in a safe area.

Will the Giant wheel be big enough for a adult ferret?
Answer by ChewyApr 18, 2018
The Giant size is intended for rats and chinchillas, so depending on the size your ferret, it may be suitable.

Should I get the giant wheel for my guinea pig???

waste of money

This literally was a complete waste of my money and wasn’t a cheap product to buy. The little rubber wheels behind the big wheel (that keep plastic from rubbing against plastic) came off so it was NON stop squeaking sooooo loud. I had to throw a brand new wheel away which was just like throwing money in the trash over a unusable product. I had one of these wheels before that lasted for years but this one was obviously a lemon. I had to turn around and purchase a CSW instead. Love chewy but this was a lemon of a wheel.

Noisy and doesn’t spin well

Came with a crack in the back but didn’t seem bad. At first she loved it but after 3 days it squeals nonstop and actually stopped working. I do not recommend

Silent and Collectible

I put this in my dwarf hamsters cage. She ran on it immediately. The next day, the wheel was detached on the bedding, but the stand was still standing. My hamster figured out how to unscrew the yellow screw in the front and proceeded to add it to her collection in her underground housing, haha. We had to buy a new screw/nut to reattach her wheel. She tried to take that one off too, lol. It really is very quiet and runs smooth. The ridge helps keep her in the wheel if she runs too fast and is about to fly out.

came out not working

I did some test spin where I moved around the wheel and it was wobbly, more than it should. After moving it more, it made a sound. and it’s called SILENT spinner.

Fell apart after two days!

Lemon (hamster) broke the wheel in two days. My husband fixed the wheel, by adding a new nut to the bolt. Lemon is back to running in circles.

Silent wheel

The silent wheel is not silent! We have small fancy rats that loved the wheel, but it kept making noise and came undone from the cage ,trapped one under it . Stopped using it after 5 day's, waste of money .

Perfect for Adult Rats

My rats have a 3-tier home with lots of ramps so it was a bit of a challenge getting a 12” wheel situated, but once I got it figured out, this wheel worked perfectly. My girls are obsessed with stealing (and hiding) the center bolt at night, so I keep having to replace it. That’s no fault of the product though. My rats are just mischievous.

Hedgie Wheel

Bought for our little hedgehog. This wheel is not technically safe for hedgies because of the openings where the plastic connects along the middle of the wheel (their nails/toes can get caught easily). But there aren't many hedgie wheels on the market, so I use duct tape to cover the whole seam to avoid injury & replace as needed. I thought the ribbing inside the wheel would make it hard to clean but so far pretty good. Hedgie runs all night long and it is indeed quiet,

I had this in my chinchillas cage for one night and he chewed the end cap off. It is now useless. I’m not sure what improvements can be made to the product but it should be able to withstand be night of chewing when made for animals that chew. I’m so disappointed with this product.

Broke after 2.5 weeks

After my hedgehog ran on it for two and a half weeks part of the wheel broke. This is her favorite kind of wheel so I keep buying it but they are poorly made and keep breaking. I wish they didn’t break so easily.
