It's falling apart.

So, the bolt snaps that this came with fell apart within days of use. We used zip ties instead. We're a week into puppy ownership and the paint is already chipping,

So, the bolt snaps that this came with fell apart within days of use. We used zip ties instead. We're a week into puppy ownership and the paint is already chipping, who knows how much the puppy has ingested. The metal pieces holding together each panel are also falling apart. Also the panels themselves arrived with a slight curve. I didn't know a metal this soft existed. One star because it's technically still a pen and not quite trash yet.

It looked as though someone had used it for years and then returned it. It did not look new.

The door/gate did not work

Unfortunately, the gate/door mechanism on this pen did not work; it took 2 hands and a lot of jiggling to get it to work. I don't know if it was just this one or

I really like the walk thru door and sturdiness of this playpen. I’ve had a Midwest brand 36” tall playpen for 17 yrs. It’s gotten a lot of use but it’s old and rusty and no door panel. I think this KennelMaster will last a long time too. Very pleased with this purchase.
