It works, but it's very lightweight.

Great length and feel. My yearling can be an absolute crackhead on the lead and I wanted something to give me some length in case she rears up and I need to circle

It works well enough, but there's not much weight to the lead and it wouldn't be great for lunging. It feels like it would blow away.

Very High Quality

The snap is heavy duty; the rope is woven, solid, highly resistant to snags and damage; and it's beautiful. The nicest lead ropes I've ever owned.

I love the length and quality of the lead rope

This lead rope is 10 feet long and is perfect for giving me the space to open and close the arena gate, or paddock gate, or a little room when my hot horse acts

This lead rope is 10 feet long and is perfect for giving me the space to open and close the arena gate, or paddock gate, or a little room when my hot horse acts up here and there. The lead rope is a good weight and quality. The same goes for the buckle. I am very happy with this purchase.

The Right Length for the Right Price

I bought this because I needed a line that was longer than my lead rope for working my horse. I thought it might compare to my Stacy Westfall rope. It is heavier

I bought this because I needed a line that was longer than my lead rope for working my horse. I thought it might compare to my Stacy Westfall rope. It is heavier than I thought it would be and the weight of it hangs on my horses head more than I would like. The outer sleeve of the rope is also loose around the inner core and it slides around too much, making it difficult to communicate my intentions to the horse during quick movements or change of direction. I do like the length. It gets you out of the kick zone without being as far away as a longer line would place you, allowing for a similar workspace to a roundpen. The bull snap on the end is removable and I removed it to take off the weight. The loop at the end allows for you to attach it directly to a western halter at the chin. There are some design improvements that could be made, especially to the weight of the rope, but overall seems like a good product for the price.

Great extra long lead rope

This item arrived very quickly. It is so durable and easy to use. It can be used as both a lead rope and a short lunge line in a pinch. It fits nicely in my hands

This item arrived very quickly. It is so durable and easy to use. It can be used as both a lead rope and a short lunge line in a pinch. It fits nicely in my hands and is flexible. The rope diameter isn't too hard to handle which allows me greater dexterity in leading or lunging my horse.
