The Velcro strips will not stick to my car. Command strips don’t work either. The suction cups do wonderfully. Is there anything I can do to make them stay?

If your vehicle does have carpet on the sides, the side walls of this product has the hook style hook and loop fasteners on the side panels and can be pressed against the carpet so they stay up. If you have non-carpeted side walls in the cargo area, then you can install the provided loop part of the fastener, lining it up with the hook fastener on the product so the walls stay up.

I cannot figure out how to use the suction cups and/or the velcro fasteners. I am not sure where they should go. I have a Jeep Renegade Trailhawk. I was assuming there would have been some sort of instructions, but none came with it.

Identify the webbing loops, string if necessary and snap quick clips closed, and place each loop over each headrest on the rear seat of the vehicle. Tuck the corners of the Cargo Cover into each corner of the cargo area. Adjust the Velcro flaps if you need the cargo cover to be wider or narrower. To hold the flaps up on the sides panels - identify if you have vinyl or carpeted sidewalls. If you have carpeted side walls, use the loop sewn into the cover to attach to the walls of the cargo area. If you have plastic/vinyl side walls, install the provided strip of loop Velcro onto the wall, aligning to the hook Velcro sewn into the sides of the cargo cover. For length, tuck under any extra fabric. If and when you pet jumps into the cargo area of your vehicle you can untuck that fabric to prevent scratches on your car. Tuck back in, close the hatch and enjoy your day!

Do short wire hairs get stuck in quilted side?

The Quilted side of the cargo cover is the same fabric as the unquilted. It is Heavy-Duty Denier Nylon. The hair is easily brushed off this fabric and barely sticks.

Fits inside my 4Runner

One of my dogs sheds a whole lot & this cargo cover helps to keep her hair off most of the carpeted area. The carpeted area is a nightmare to clean dog hair off

One of my dogs sheds a whole lot & this cargo cover helps to keep her hair off most of the carpeted area. The carpeted area is a nightmare to clean dog hair off as the hair gets woven into it & after years of use, it builds up. I have not attempted to attach the Velcro strips just yet.

Material seems ok--accessories are weak at best

Installed this in my BMW X1, and I suppose it will work ok, once I buy new suction cups. Per the instructions, I soaked them at 160 degrees to reform them, and

Installed this in my BMW X1, and I suppose it will work ok, once I buy new suction cups. Per the instructions, I soaked them at 160 degrees to reform them, and one of them "sort of" works, the others (no matter what I do -- resoak, wet them before applying) will not stick to glass whatsoever. The cover is serviceable, although I may have gotten a bit more mileage from just buying a pet-friendly blanket to keep in the back of my car.
