Very useful
By auokiou on Jan 16, 2021
This heater work nice. The cord is long and allows you to reach as close to the closest outlet source you can find if its far. My little parakeets cuddle up to it since my bedroom is a bit chilly due to bad insulation in my room. So, I felt pretty bad and purchased this. It definitely helps during this cold season!

Love the heater, hate that cord.

I have purchased two of these, my Guffin cockatoo loves it, but also loves to chew on the wires. Had to have her an xray to make sure she had not ingested any of the copper wires.. bought heavy duty covers for the wires on the second one. Crewed thru both the cover and the wires again.... I want to get her a new one, but afraid of her becoming ill from chewing on the wires..

Perfect heat source
By BirdHeater on Jan 6, 2021
I was concerned that the temperature would be either inadequate or too hot but it just gets warm enough for Harley bird to be comfortable. The very first night he adjusted his usual perch so he could be closer to it. I'd definitely recommend it to any Tropical bird owner.

Great little heater
By Tessa on Nov 29, 2020
This is a great product. So I have two parakeets (budgies) and I ordered the large size heater. They were at first terrified of it. However, after a little while of it being in their cage, they got over it and discovered the magic of it. They now sit in front of it all the time. We have even caught them rubbing their cheeks on it. I would definitely recommend.

My bird appreciates it.
By Becca on Dec 4, 2020
My bird does like to sleep huddled next to this heater, but it doesn’t feel to my tough much warmer than what I would describe as “luke warm.” For this price I would like to see a temperature control on it to make it warmer.

Happy birds!
By JoLi on Jan 18, 2021
My birds seemed chilled at times. Puffed out feathers, huddled together, etc. Added a few of these to the cages near a perch and they love them.

Not Very Effective
By Lee99 on Oct 25, 2020
Doesn’t seem to put off enough heat in my opinion. Unless the bird is pressed right up against it, it doesn’t seem like it does much.

It’s a good product. My bird won’t get near it yet.

I bought this, leave it on for 5-6 hrs. Unfortunately it’s not warming at all. I need refund or replacement.

Perfect for my Conure
By hkois on Apr 24, 2020
Bought for my green cheek conure because we tend to keep the house around 67 during the night and I was afraid of her getting to chilly. She loves it. It was super easy to install. I was a little worried about the cord fitting through the bars, ours are spaced at about .4 inches and they had to bend apart just a little but it ended up working fine. Our bird loves to cuddle up to it after she's had a bath or when she's sleepy.
