Are you suppose to poor the litter straight in or still use a pan inside also??

The litter can be poured directly into this litter box. Liners are not required just add your favorite scoopable litter.

Why is the top sloped? My cat likes to sit on her little box.

Kitangle products were designed to be in plain view within your home. They were also designed to fit into small spaces, into corners, and along walls nicely despite being larger boxes. The lid is not designed to support weight.

The XL Kitangle Slope Style Cat Litter Box is made of polyethylene plastic and the thickness is almost 1/4 inches.

This is the second time I have purchased this litter box. Had a gap in kittys. I tried to go cheap and get a nice, small litter box. The level of annoyance when trying to clean it alone made me buckle and go back to this trusted design. This litter box allows you to take the entire lid off to clean. We can put a full bag of litter in, which keeps the poo and pee from reaching the bottom of the box - less smell because you don't have remnants sticking to the surfaces. If you're on the fence - go for this one. You will not regret it. Life is short - you deserve not to gag cleaning your cats poo!

Good looking, great containing for high shooters

I like this box! It just sort of blends into the background and we no longer can really see the box is there. There’s a small toss of litter out of the front each day, but much easier to clean up than an open box. It’s a super strong plastic type material. It’s also tall, so the enclosed space is not as oppressive for the cat as other lidded boxes seem to be. I hated the price but I am happy with the product quality.

This is the best litter box I have ever bought and over the past 14 years with 3 cats I have owned them all. This litter box does the best job at keeping the mess

We had to put a litter box in the main living area due our elderly cat with kidney disease and I chose this as it doesn’t scream litter box at guests. It’s well made and super easy to clean and can literally be hosed out. It’s hardly noticeable in my living room. I would get more to replace the other litter boxes in the house but they’re out of stock. I know it’s pricey but well worth it.

Saving my wood floor

My big boy doesn't always squat when he pees, and I needed a litter box tall enough to insure that he didn't pee over the sides and then have the liquid drip to

My big boy doesn't always squat when he pees, and I needed a litter box tall enough to insure that he didn't pee over the sides and then have the liquid drip to the floor. He would have to stand on his head to overshoot this box, it is tall! I don't use the lid, because he is not accustomed to a closed box, and he took to it immediately. Because the overall dimensions are oversized, it also prevents litter scatter. It is a very well made and designed litter box, very sturdy. The interior is smooth and easy to scoop. The only drawback is that it is pretty heavy when filled with 3 or 4 inches of litter, so it is not easy to pick up for cleaning. I keep it scooped frequently and wipe down the walls daily so I don't think I will have to wash it out too often. Highly recommend for high pee'ers!
