Normal interest as with any new item. Chewy description one place states easy assembly, another place says no assembly. Assembly IS required.

Pretty easy to put together. It took about 5 minutes. My cats like climbing on it. Initially I thought the top was too light to hold my heavier cat but she does

Pretty easy to put together. It took about 5 minutes. My cats like climbing on it. Initially I thought the top was too light to hold my heavier cat but she does fine sleeping up top. However, I don't think it will last long under the assault of their claws. It's been a week and it's already showing signs of sagging. Hopefully it will last longer than I predict.
