The consistency of this product is substantial (not watery), the smell is very tolerable, and the cans are easy to open (does not require a can opener). I gave this product to both of my dogs who have poultry allergies. They both loved it and tolerated it well, even my picky eater loved it! They are large dogs, so it would be financially hard to have this as their sole food, but it makes a great addition to their food as a topper or something to put inside a toy to keep them busy.

My dog is allergic to pretty much everything, including certain foods. He typically eats hydrolyzed protein food because he can't tolerate most proteins. However, I decided to give this a try, as his vet said that unique protein such as kangaroo may be easier on his system. It's been a couple of weeks now and he seems to really enjoy this food and it doesn't upset his stomach at all. No issues like we had with previous products. Would definitely buy again!

Yuck

My dog got sick eating this. It’s mostly pumpkin and too high in some nutrients. The company didn’t even do a recall when they told me this! Overpriced garbage.

Great for allergies

My two pups really liked this product and the bonus is one of my dogs have allergies and while feeding this it did seem like the allergies let up some as he was

My two pups really liked this product and the bonus is one of my dogs have allergies and while feeding this it did seem like the allergies let up some as he was less itchy. This could be due to its a different protein all together and the limited ingredients which made him less symptomatic with his ongoing allergies. We would for sure buy this again for our dogs in the future.
