Good product, but does not fit all seats in all models.

The seatbelt would not click into the seatbelt buckle of the backseat of my Nissan, but it would work in the front seat. However, my dog’s being in the front seat

The seatbelt would not click into the seatbelt buckle of the backseat of my Nissan, but it would work in the front seat. However, my dog’s being in the front seat of my car is not safe. The seatbelt does fit in the back of my husband’s GM truck, though. So we use it in there, and got a different type of seatbelt for the Nissan.

Kong Doesn't Equal Strong Anymore

Bought this for my 75 lb pittie, since I have enjoyed Kong products in the past. After only using it a handful of times, I found the clip that buckles in was bent

Bought this for my 75 lb pittie, since I have enjoyed Kong products in the past. After only using it a handful of times, I found the clip that buckles in was bent nearly at a 90 degree angle. I was able to use my hands to easily bend it back, so it unfortunately went in the trash. I've had cheap ones that came free with a backseat cover that were made of stronger metal.

I thought with the Kong name that I was making a fairly safe purchase. When my 5-month old Lab pulled it right out of the seatbelt slot on 2 different occasions, I figured this was not some fluke and was, indeed, something very wrong with this belt. Will probably switch to one of the harness types that's been car safety-tested. I'd stay away from this one.
