Flies fairly true, not too heavy. It’s made of a dense foam material. It’s shape and color are perfect for water fetching. It has an odd shape but the curve or bend in the disc offsets the irregular shape. Clearly it was designed by a physicist lol. It is not heavy, so it’s not hard on the elbows. My dog is infatuated with this thing. All day long we fetch if we can. She rips up the fabric and foam discs and this one looks as new as the day she got it, minus the dirt. This one is a keeper. Went and bought an extra one. I hope they keep making these for a while.
I think the color of this toy is fantastic. It seems good for dog visibility, and is bright enough even to stand out against green grass. It’s sturdy, but has a texture that kind of reminds me of a styrofoam cup. It’s conglomerated together and my dog was able to rip chunks of it off. While he didn’t wreck the toy, I still felt like it was best to throw it away, because the material seems like it will only start to come apart more quickly after he broke it with his teeth.
Our Border Collie mix fetched this in the lake, over and over and over. And our Golden Lab buddy liked it so much we bought one for him. Sturdy, floats, works as described. A lot of fun!
My Lab loves this toy! We use it in the water every day. The size and bright yellow color are great - very easy to see. She chews on it and also plays tug-of-war with another Lab, but hasn't damaged it at all. Worth every penny!
Not sure how long this will hold up, our pup likes to rip things apart. It looks like it’s made of foam pieces fused together.
Amazingly durable! Looks like foam that would tear easily but stands up to two large dogs playing tug and twisting it into every contortion possible. It’s a favorite at our house, carried inside and out
My dog loves catching and retrieving it. We make sure she doesn’t screw it up because it seems a little fragile.
Dog chewy after couple of days
