In the past This leash was my go to . But this new one wasnt a good experience. I ordered one from another site it jammed while trying to retract. I thought ok i got the one with a issue I promptly sent it back and ordered form Chewy. Same thing the button sticks. I have now reordered a different brand and will be returning this one as soon as I receive the new one. It is sad that the quality has decreased in this product I really enjoyed using it. It is solid withstands drops I feel confident that my dog wont pull it from my hand. KONG Fix this please.

Have had 2of these leashes and they both worked perfectly. 1st one my dog chewed up over a 2 year period. 2nd one I left in the cold rain for 3 weeks. (Still works

Reliable

I bought this to replace the one I've been using for four years. The last one was dropped constantly, dragged around after being dropped, thrown in the pond, and

I bought this to replace the one I've been using for four years. The last one was dropped constantly, dragged around after being dropped, thrown in the pond, and all around abused. I took it apart once about a year ago to replace the plastic bar that operates the button after it flew out of the truck. After that it worked great until the spring started to wear out a couple months ago. I opened it about once a month to rewind the spring after that. The only reason I'm replacing it is I lost the spring last time I opened it. I was pleased to see they've updated the design to be easier to open for repairs. I love this leash and have one for each dog.
