The grip size is depending on the leash size. A large Terrain has a little bit bigger grip then a medium. It is designed to be comfortable to a woman or a Man. Pull strength is weighted based on the dog’s weight, below is the max weight of the dog per leash size. Cheap, falling apart

This leash arrived just in time for us to take it on a weekend trip. I used it all day Saturday. The leash began to fray almost immediately. The clasp opens up for

This leash arrived just in time for us to take it on a weekend trip. I used it all day Saturday. The leash began to fray almost immediately. The clasp opens up for no reason so suddenly my dog was not leashed. The knobs to lock/unlock the leash stick and won’t release. By Sunday afternoon I was so disappointed with leash that I threw it in the trash.

Makes walking a small dog easier for me

I find it easier to walk our small dog with this 10ft lead. I find the lock very responsive so if I need to stop her quickly, I can. I wish there were more room

I find it easier to walk our small dog with this 10ft lead. I find the lock very responsive so if I need to stop her quickly, I can. I wish there were more room for my fingers as I can only fit 3 in the grip handle. I have a standard leash as well but this is a nice change up for us.

The lock is unreliable, but still better than a short leash

My hound has terrible recall, but I still want to give her some freedom to roam a bit. This leash allows that, but i always have to be very careful because the leash

My hound has terrible recall, but I still want to give her some freedom to roam a bit. This leash allows that, but i always have to be very careful because the leash lock is not reliable. I’m on my third one, and the button just doesn’t lock the leash most of the time. You have to almost keep pressing the lock button over and over until it catches the grip. Again, this is better than her having a 5’ leash, but i wish it were safer and more reliable.

Great

The day I got the leash I was so excited and I put my husky on it and took her for a walk. I came back in and I guess I wasn’t thinking because my dad is on hospice

The day I got the leash I was so excited and I put my husky on it and took her for a walk. I came back in and I guess I wasn’t thinking because my dad is on hospice and I forgot to take the leash off of her and when I came back upstairs, this is what it looked like. The exact same day I got it the first time I walked her.

Before you buy this, ask yourself, "would I feel safe leashing my dog with 1/4" Christmas present ribbon?" If the answer is no, then look elsewhere. This leash was clunky, counterintuitive, and took on this much wear in the first 3 hours of owning it. This leash is as if you asked AI to 3D print you a dog leash. Actually, that's probably what they did. Oh by the way my dog weighs 9lbs.
