broke retractor

I bought this for our Great Dane thinking it’d be strong enough to where she wouldn’t break it, and yet she proved us wrong. She saw a squirrel and off she went and now it won’t retract back. Is there a warranty her? We haven’t even had it that long.

Kong Retractable Leash

I will preface this rating with a 5 star review for Chewy's customer service. The leash on the other hand is a failure. The first leash failed in under 2 months. Chewy sent be a replacement, no questions asked. That leash has also failed in under 2 months. The retracting mechanism gets clunky making your poor dog think you're constantly pulling back on them. I have Flexi leashes over 20 years old that perform better than these leashes.

Not Durable

I purchased 2 of these one for each of my dogs and they have both begun to basically fall apart. Both of the leashes have snagged on stuff in our yard and on walks causing it to fray. The leashes also do not retract in well at all. Over all I am disappointed in this purchase for the price I paid. We have 2 dogs that have to be taken out on leashes at all times as we live next to a very busy road and do not have a fenced in back yard. I was hoping these leashes would last us longer than a few weeks.

Love it

I have a very strong lab and walks with her are a bit overwhelming because she pulls so bad. This makes walks so much better!! So glad I ordered this

Reel broke

My leash reel clicks like it's broken when it extends so had to use my old one. Would love to swap for a different one.

Perfect. Long. Works great! Worth the money. The only drawback is you do have to wash the extender by hand. Still a great pick.
