This listing is a replacement tray only. This replacement tray is available in multiple sizes to suit your needs. The Medium is generally used for medium size breeds and the Large is generally used for large size breeds.

Will the bottom of this pan rust if the dog urinates on it? Does the metal discolor the dogs?

Gray residue on dogs feet

We purchased this tray because our dog chewed up the original plastic tray as well as anything we lined the tray with. The other day we noticed dark gray dog tracks

We purchased this tray because our dog chewed up the original plastic tray as well as anything we lined the tray with. The other day we noticed dark gray dog tracks on our floor and traced them back to the tray. I wiped the tray down with vinegar and water but the residue was present again the following day. I wiped it down again and will check today to see if it still present. I believe it is zinc from the galvanizing process and may pose health risks to dogs that lick themselves or the tray while in the crate. Fortunately our dog doesn't spend much time in the crate but in the meantime we're stuck trying to find a better liner.

Lifesaver

These trays fit perfectly in our 48 inch crates. Our little land seals chewed up their plastic trays so we needed a replacement. These did the track!

Happy large breed puppy owner.

Delivery time was great. The product is exactly what I expected. The dimensions were accurate, and it slid right into the cage. He cannot chew this one up.

Unexpectedly Perfect

Our dog destroyed the plastic tray in his kennel. I chatted with Janis to find a replacement. She found me one and I was surprised when it arrived. It did fit in

Our dog destroyed the plastic tray in his kennel. I chatted with Janis to find a replacement. She found me one and I was surprised when it arrived. It did fit in perfectly, and it is not plastic but galvanized metal. How perfect. I don’t think the dog will ruin this too easily. Thanks Janis.

Shortly after adopting Daisy, I found that she was chewing on the plastic bottom tray of her cage. I spent several hours literally wrapping the entire pan with duct tape, hoping that that would prevent her from chewing. It did not. I was terribly worried about the sharp small pieces That were breaking off. I was worried that she would swallowing or at least get cut by them. This metal pan fits perfectly in the bottom of her cage, and I no longer have to worry about her chewing.
