I have been trying a number of high protein feeds over the last few months. My flock is in the middle of a molt. I realized that the feed I had been offering them

I have been trying a number of high protein feeds over the last few months. My flock is in the middle of a molt. I realized that the feed I had been offering them was low in protein too. I have tried feeds that are more whole or cracked grains and small pellets for poultry. This feed in a crumble form seems to be the one thatchy like best and I see the least amount of waste.

Transferred my ladies over to this feed as they got older since they didn’t didn’t as much protein in their diet anymore. No issues, they took right to it and I don’t now if it’s attributed but a few girls I adopted a few weeks ago that hadn’t been laying, finally are. Happy and full birds.

The birds (coturnix) like it very much, and it doesn't turn to paste if you ferment it (like another brand's chicken layer feed did). They did not prefer this fermented,

The birds (coturnix) like it very much, and it doesn't turn to paste if you ferment it (like another brand's chicken layer feed did). They did not prefer this fermented, and instead went for the dry crumble. After three top-ups of my shoebox feeder, the remaining food was a fine powder that the quail didn't want to eat. That's my biggest negative. Will try to reconstitute that into a cracker for them and see what they think. Otherwise, the nutritional stats and price of this are the best I've been able to locate in deep dark Mississippi.

High Quality, Happy Healthy Turkeys

This is my first flock of turkeys and I chose a heritage variety so that these will be a breeding stock so the 20% protein is perfect to keep them at a healthy weight

This is my first flock of turkeys and I chose a heritage variety so that these will be a breeding stock so the 20% protein is perfect to keep them at a healthy weight. I really like the quality of the feed and the crumble form and they seem to be thriving on it.
