We have a small in home rattery

Glossy looking pellets

Mice seem to like it and young mice in the tank gained size quickly and also all mice’s coats shine glossy, all look healthy.

Tasty pellets, attractive to the mice

I am using Kruse's Perfection to feed my mice, at home. My mice are breeders who are normally fed on a major competitor's pellets. For the purposes of reviewing,

I am using Kruse's Perfection to feed my mice, at home. My mice are breeders who are normally fed on a major competitor's pellets. For the purposes of reviewing, I offered both at the same time, then each alone. When offered both, the mice seemed to prefer the Kruse's Perfection, but when offered only the Kruse's food they seemed to eat less overall, but definitely interacted with all the pellets, suggesting they nibbled on each but consumed less overall. I will continue to feed on these, then repeat the experiment in the reverse order.

3 out of 3 rats give this food a “Yoink!” They certainly were fine with their original food but this food excites them. I like that the food has some animal protein as rats are omnivores and some added ingredients for digestion that also make it smell pretty tasty. The bag is not resealable but can easily be transferred to another container for storage. Pelleted food is also great to avoid them eating only one or two foods out of a mix. I will definitely buy again (if I need to, the bag is huge).

The bag was very sturdy which is appreciated when ordering food in bulk. My rats were slightly picky with this food at first but did eat it well after a few days. Overall a solid product, just not my rats favorite.

I should've paid a little more attentive to the size of the bag... It's HUGE! Lol. I certainly won't run out anytime soon, that's for sure. The blocks are more solid than what my guys are used to, but they were immediately interested in these. I do like that they are less dusty than what I have used before.
