Can I use it for my guina pigs?

This product is unsuitable for guinea pigs as they do not require a wheel in their habitat. A wheel can actually be dangerous for guinea pigs causing back pain and spinal injury.

How big is the large? in inches

The Small Wheel has a 5 inch diameter, the Medium is 7.25 inches and the Large Wheel has a 12 inch diameter.

Can my rabbit use this safely? (He’s a mini lop full grown)

Rabbits can't use a running wheel or ball. Hamsters and gerbils have a much more flexible spine, rabbits do not. A rabbit has a long stride that could not be accommodated by a wheel. It is better to just let a rabbit run around on the ground in a safe area.

Is this wheel good for chinchillas? My mice love it. It looks better than the regular wheel.

Running wheels and exercise balls are not designed to be used by chinchillas as they hop and jump; neither of which can be done in a wheel or ball. It is much safer and better for the chinchilla to allow it to run around in a chinchilla proofed area for a short time.

Great- but not very durable

I have purchased several of these over the years for Syrian hamsters. I always buy the large (12”) size. I really like them: they aren’t as tall as an upright wheel

I have purchased several of these over the years for Syrian hamsters. I always buy the large (12”) size. I really like them: they aren’t as tall as an upright wheel and fit nicely in my bin cage. The hamsters all love running on them. You cannot choose the color- but that doesn’t really matter to me (or the hamsters!). The issue is that they break after a year or two. The hub where the wheel attaches to the base gets loose. The whole thing gets wobbly. It won’t spin anymore because when the hamster gets on it, the wheel drops down on the base and will not turn. Maybe Ware should look into a more durable way to attach the wheel to the base. I will still probably buy these though.

My rats won't use it

We got this for our newly rescued Hedgehog, Eleanor. She's still pretty shy but she LOVES running on this thing! It's super quiet, we hardly hear it at all, and it's very easy to clean. Once a day we clean it off using a gentle pet safe spray and hot water, and it comes out looking almost new. Wish we could pick out the color we want, but aside from that it's excellent.

GARBAGE

This wheel is guaranteed to break within 30 days. The only plus about it honestly is the fact that chewy guarantees all of their products so you can just keep buying

This wheel is guaranteed to break within 30 days. The only plus about it honestly is the fact that chewy guarantees all of their products so you can just keep buying another one every month and then return it if you want. I for one don't want to go through all that Hassle and I have struggled to find a nice wheel to fit inside the cage of the indoor cage. Due to the dust baths I believe it causes a faster depreciation cuz that dust gets down in the spinner and eventually it snaps. Definitely do not recommend this product
