Cover not durable, disappointed

The bed cover is thin/flimsy and easily damaged. It was punctured by toenails the first day it arrived. Because it isn't a woven fabric cover, the holes are permanent

The bed cover is thin/flimsy and easily damaged. It was punctured by toenails the first day it arrived. Because it isn't a woven fabric cover, the holes are permanent. The bed padding is thick and supportive, so I've put a quilt over the bed to prevent further damage to the bed cover. As others have mentioned, the bed is smaller than the measurements listed, because it is oblong and the bolster takes up part of the bed surface.

The only issue I had with this bed is that it is a little smaller than stated in the description. Otherwise, my older rescue loves it. You can actually feel the cooling gel - it stays a few degrees cooler than any other part of the bed. I think I would get a larger size for our little pup when this one wears out. She doesn't really use the bolster, but curls up into that end of the bed. She can't quite sprawl out, but seems happy with it. It was not really difficult to assemble. All zippers work well. I haven't tried taking it apart to wash the cover yet, so we shall see. This was the only medium-sized bed that had the thickness my old baby needs. All of the others I've tried were too thin and she would smash those mattresses to the floor.

Some assembly is required. The mattress and bolster are cushiony. The medium is big enough for my small dogs. Good product but it runs small. I suggest ordering

Some assembly is required. The mattress and bolster are cushiony. The medium is big enough for my small dogs. Good product but it runs small. I suggest ordering at least one size larger. Be sure to check the size chart. The bolster width reduces the bed surface dimensions by about 5 inches.

Cover isn't as durable as expected

The bed isn't made as well as I expected. Also, I thought it would be bigger. My Yorkie and mini schnauzer like to cuddle up to keep warm and this bed isn't big

Just too small from representation. After assembling seems satisfactory but not as high quality as expected. Comes vacuum packed highly compressed.

Amazing support for aging dog. Absolutely no smell when unpacking the dense foam base. cover is a durable fabric. Not difficult to assemble. My dog can stretch out on the bed or cuddle up to the bolster. For reference, my dog is 31 pounds, and I bought the small size which is actually quite big!

The sponge has excellent support
