Comfortable and easy to clean

I was shopping for a dog bed for my large (72 pounds) dog who is 14 yrs old and having issues with arthritis and urinary incontinence, so my goal was to find a bed that was both comfortable and waterproof/easy to clean. I was so impressed because this bed checked off all the boxes the first night my dog used it. Trying to think ahead about cleanup, I ended up leaving on the plastic cover in which the mattress/padding came packaged in because the plastic cover clung fairly well to the padding and looked like it would help it to be waterproof. Over this packaged mattress/padding, the fabric cover easily slipped on like a giant pillowcase. For extra softness, I usually add a synthetic fleece blanket on top of any dog bed. Sure enough, my dog loved the comfort of this bed. And sure enough, he also had an accident on it, but the cleanup was so much easier and shorter with this bed than any other bed I've bought for him in the past. I only had to wash the fleece blanket and the bed's fabric cover, the plastic covered padding was easy to just wipe clean and the actual padding was not wet at all! On a side note, my dog is not a chewer, so I'm not sure how this bed would hold up with a dog who is. For me, the cost was about 10 bucks more than I intended to spend, but in the long run, I think it will be worth it.

Several years ago I got a Laifug bed for a prior dog. She has passed away but another dog is still using it. The bed is very durable and it’s easy to wash the cover. The Laifug was not in stock at Chewy for several years. When I saw it was back in stock, I ordered a second Laifug for my second dog. She immediately took to it and snuggles down nightly.
Excellent Dog Bed
My multiple rescues are seniors with arthritis, bad backs, breathing problems, etc. Hard for them to get comfortable. They love this bed. Everyone is sleeping better

The quality is premium. Well packaged, easy to assemble and did not take long to reach it's maximum shape. I would definitely not pass this up.

If that's the case for you, the blue layer should be on top and the white portion on the bottom. My dog seemed to like it, but she ended up preferring a non-memory foam bed. I picked a Laifug bed because someone on Reddit said these beds last a long time.

This bed fits perfectly in my dogs large size crate. Left him to nap one day only to come home to find he’d gotten sick and had an unexpected explosion. Before we’ve had to dispose of the bed. This time I was able to take it out to the driveway and hose it off. Cover came off easily and washed up really well. Waterproof lines protected the foam and was able to be disinfected. Not sure I will buy another bed for the crate that doesn’t have the water proof liner. Stumbled upon this and couldn’t be happier!
