    I recommend

By Squid on Feb 4, 2021

My cat has seasonal allergies and gets very itchy. She will scratch herself so badly that her skin becomes raw and scabs. She also is picky and wont touch any pills or treats. I started giving her the licks supplement and it has helped tremendously. It definitely has helped sooth her skin and prevent all of the itching. I recommend applying it to your cats arm because they have to eat it in order to get it off and clean themselves. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the oil and the paste separate in the package. Ive tried massaging the pack before opening but it doesn’t seem to help.

    Not for my cats.

By AmieS on Jul 13, 2020

I purchased this product because one of my cats has allergies and the vet wanted her on something with EPA and DHA to help with her allergies and skin itchiness. This was the third product I tried and she did not like it and neither did my other cat (who likes everything). I could not get the what I assumed was the chicken flavor to mix with the fish oil in the packet; it was always separated. Either way, neither cat would touch it. After 3 fish oil products and trying a different product that was more of a flake, I realized my cat just doesn't like the texture of fish oil. Not for my cats; but maybe yours will like it.

The only thing my cat hates. Terrible smell!

By Laurad on Jul 8, 2020

My cat eats anything...except these. He won’t go near them. Also, they smell unbelievably bad and stink up the entire apartment. I had to get rid of them.

    Pretty messy

By Stormy on Jul 6, 2020

Absolutely necessary to keep in frig or liquid runs all over when opening. My cat’s allergy was too bad for over the counter meds so can’t recommend.

My cat loves it, and his mood improved

By Orangycats on May 26, 2020

My cat has bad allergies. He is constantly miserable with itchiness. Since starting him on Licks, I don’t notice anything yet with his skin, but he seems happier. He is letting me pet him more and actually purred twice, the first-time in 2 years. He also loves the taste and gets excited when I get the packets out of the fridge. I am hopeful with continued use it will help more with his skin.

It is feasible for the issue at hand.

By Sammi on Apr 19, 2020

I have been placing the product on his paws and on food. He just did not want to drink water when placed it in. It has a strong smell put I am hoping that it can address his allergies and his skin issues. It has the strong smell but if it does the job he will have to get over it.

    Skin care for cats

By Marble on Apr 19, 2020

My cat would not eat his food or drink her water. She did not like the taste. It was a waste of money.
