Not a good fit

Got this in XS for my chihuahua but it seems the chest loop is too low. It trips him as he tries to walk and the whole vest shifts around.

Dog had blue ink on his chest that was easily removed. Not a big deal as we would just rinse it first before using if we bought a new one
