I love the Lillian Ruff Berry Blue shampoo. The fragrance is really fruity and fresh, and the condition left Toby's fur silky with no tangles. What was also great was how well it rinsed. It probably took a third of the time to rinse Toby's fur clean as it did with the previous dog shampoo. There was obviously not residue either, because Toby dried really fast, and his fur was super silky and soft. I will say the fragrance is really sweet and rich, maybe not what a male dog wants to smell like, but I'm going to enjoy cuddling with him. I was also happy with the ingredients. No harsh chemicals. Toby enjoyed his bath, and I'm thrilled with the results. I would definitely recommend Lillian Ruff Berry Blue shampoo.

First off lets talk about the smell! I really liked the way this shampoo smells, some of the others we have tried smell like chemicals. This one smells fresh. We've used this on our all white cat and our older dog who's face has turned gray which makes the tear stains more visible. This stuff made my kitty WHITE! We have to bath her more often then most cats because she starts looking dingy. This shampoo made her fur white again within minutes. The only thing we really didn't like, which has more to do with shipping/packaging, the bottle had leaked. At first I thought it must not be sealed, but it appeared to be. There was shampoo on the outside of the bottle and in the bag it was packaged in

Pretty Basic

I have harlequin Great Danes, that coat color is a white base with black patches. I was hoping to see if this shampoo would brighten/whiten the white of their coats. Unfortunately, it didn't. Their coats did not whiten up after I lathered up and scrubbed them a total of three times, leaving the shampoo to sit on the last lather for five minutes. Normally that will give a bright snow white appearance. This seems to have tinted one if my girls an off white, which they're not. The bottle says it's tear free, yet on the back the directions say not to come into contact with eyes. The lather did come into contact, even with carefully rinsing, and caused irritation to her eye. I also express their glands before bathing so they can be properly cleaned afterwards. This didn't remove the scent that comes from expressing them. The shampoo itself does smell amazing, the scent doesn't stick around after bathing, but it isn't right for my dogs when it comes to brightening their coats, removing stains, or odors. It's fine as a basic shampoo, avoiding the head though. They don't appear to have any itching from the shampoo, but I also rinse their coats thoroughly so no residue remains. I noticed no difference in coat texture either.

Lillian Ruff brightening body wash

I have 2 LARGE Belgian Malinois. They each roll in something stinky atleast once a week. Last week they rolled on a dead frog and this week they rolled in deer poop

I have 2 LARGE Belgian Malinois. They each roll in something stinky atleast once a week. Last week they rolled on a dead frog and this week they rolled in deer poop. It is much easier to just wash the stinky spot on their backs with this Lillian Ruff body wash. It is just too hard to put these big dogs in the tub for one dirty area on their backs. This shampoo cleans the stink right off and rinses pretty easily. Smells nice too. It makes the job take about 10 minutes. I like it and the dogs prefer it instead of a complete bath.

Berry Blue made for a nice bath time experience with the smell of natural fruit extracts. Koda and Moose came out sparkly bright even though they are both black, and smelling fresh and clean. It made Moose’s fur very soft and tangle free which was a plus because he hates having tangles brushed out. I also liked that it hydrated their skin. All in all, fresh, soft and beautifully bright fur.
