The Link does require a subscription. The Link Service Plan is like a cell phone service plan for your pet: it enables data to be transmitted from the Link smart pet wearable to your Link app via cellular, which allows you to know you pet's location, activity levels, and much more.

I bought this for my dog but did not work in my area. The description is not clear as to only working in Verizon tower area. The notifications were very inaccurate,

I bought this for my dog but did not work in my area. The description is not clear as to only working in Verizon tower area. The notifications were very inaccurate, would tell me my dog was away when she was sleeping right next to me. The customer service was very good, they did send me a puck for free to try to help signal but did not work. Would not recommend in a wooded area.

Very happy with our purchase of this collar for our sweet boy Jax for several reasons! The built in training tool has really helped us work through some undesirable behaviors. We have used the GPS to help find him when he got past some workers at our home and was roaming the neighborhood. What a peace mind during a stressful few minutes. With a busy family like ours, we share in daily responsibilities to keep Jax active. This collar and app have been a great tool to monitor his activity .

decided to get an activity tracker since my dog is going to be outside much more this summer. This is the first time trying an activity tracking product. Link My Pet was recommended to me and I couldn't be happier. Love the GPS tracking that i can follow as we exercise together and he runs around on his own. Makes me feel good knowing he's getting more exercise and i can see the activity levels. Great product and experience.

The Link tracker works great. Our rescue dog is apt to run, and we have to keep a close eye on him when he's near the doors or outside gates. The tracker updates come in super fast and the accuracy of the location was really impressive. We got the bundle with the wrap and love that you can swap the wraps out. We've bought a few more wraps from Link for the change in seasons.
