I bought this a couple months ago at a pet store. My cat was diagnosed with kidney disease and has had UTIs. This was used in conjunction of UTI homeopathic. When she had a UTI. Her urine was back to normal the next morning. I use it every single morning and we have no trips to the vet. She is 19 years old For us this worked very well I would recommend this product to anyone.
Seafood cranberry made my cats run
My cats won’t even do more than give it a sniff. If I’d seen the cranberry, I would not have ordered it. They will tolerate the other brand offered. This one was a total fail.
Wish I would have started using this sooner
Our cat is currently in the third stage of kidney failure at 16 1/2 years of age. I understand it's quite common in cats. I mix this with his wet food and he consumes it all. So far things are going well. Wish I would have started this sooner. I had a few question so I contacted the maker and they responded promply and provided help. They were eager to help and I appreciate that.
Not good for my cat
Unfortunately, this makes my cat throw up. I have tried to alter the dosage and also give it on an empty stomach or with food and he gets sick within a couple of hours. I have skipped a day or two and he doesn't get sick.
Cat loves flavor
This product is the first kidney/bladder support I count on my cat to consume with his soft food. The others were “iffy” or sometimes, but Liquid-Vet is a good, go-to flavor.
I still have this bottle, however, Delani will not take it! In any shape or form. I would like to be able to request a refund. This is getting expensive when she doesn't like something.
So far my cat takes it with no problem, and he seems to like the taste. Keeping my fingers crossed Liquid Vet will give him the support he needs.
I’m very pleased with this purchase, I like to maintain maintenance on my fur babies. They love it and life is good, I love and have very happy rescue babies, Thank you Chewy, y’all are awesome!! God Bless y’all!!!!
Not really working out, BUT...
I’m not sure about this. I can’t really tell if this helps his kidneys & bladder without a blood test & urinalysis. Also because it is seafood flavored, he gets tired of the flavor, and it compromises the flavor of the food I put it in, so I seldom use it. BUT, I have a bottle of the UNFLAVORED JOINT SUPPLEMENT from the same company, and I LOVE IT. I can see that it helps with my old arthritic cat’s movement, and adding it into her food works every time! I recommend that product instead!
Considerable improvement for my 16 yo lady
My 16-year-old cat was vomiting every morning if she got too hungry overnight, drink water like a fish, would demand food +10 times a day, but not eat hardly anything. I started administering seafood flavored Liquid-Vet about 2-3 months ago, twice per day before meals using a syringe. She isn't fond of the syringe but always has a surprised "this is yummy" look on her face after every dose. It's hilarious. She still drinks a lot of water, but her empty stomach-related vomiting has stopped (we still get a hairball every couple of weeks). She eats proper meals and only asks for treats a couple times per day. Her coat has improved and she seems happier and more playful. I've already recommended Liquid-Vet to my friends.
