Found these at Amazon - "6-Pack Cat Litter Pail Liner Refills Bags Compatible with Litter Champ Litter Pail, blue". Haven't used them yet but they look like they'll work fine.
In the video it doesn't show how the bag system works and how the bags are separated. Is there a perforation to pull them apart or are they separate and loose? I'd like to see what it looks like from the top.

The liners are packaging in a roll on a perforation. Simply open the top frame and pull out the empty refill cartridge. Place the new Litter Champ refill liner around the outside of the cartridge then remove the paper band. Take the outer layer of the liner and lift it up then down through the open center of the cartridge. Put the cartridge back into the Litter Champ and close the top frame. Open the canister door and pull the bag down from underneath, tie a knot at the end and it's good to go.

Does the foot pedal open the spring loaded inner door, or do you open it with the scoop full of waste?
