Don't try this

I wanted to like this so much, it seemed like a great design. I saw the other bad reviews and still tried it. It is sub-dollar store quality and is literally useless

We got this box as a second litter box. Compared to a sifting litter box, this makes little to no mess. Our cat loves this box and it is very easy to clean. I do not regret buying this litter box and will be replacing our sifting box with the litter spinner as soon as I possibly can. The only thing that would make it better is if it came in a bigger size for larger cats.

Way more difficult to use than it should be makes a bigger mess than a regular litter box. Hopefully I can return this because every time you pull the litter out

Way more difficult to use than it should be makes a bigger mess than a regular litter box. Hopefully I can return this because every time you pull the litter out it just makes a mess everywhere even if you pound on it hard a bunch of times litter still goes everywhere because the scooper compartment gets stuck. It's a lot harder to turn than I expected and it misses half the poo also.

was not effective

He was using it for the first few days but after he stopped and begin to pee all over my room. it seemed to stress him out more and hes now meowing daily do not

Pullout drawer not easy

I had a hard time trying to get the pan out that has the waste in it. It does not pull out easily. If the glide was smoother it would be great.

Don't buy this product

Since the reviews were mixed I gave this a try, and regretted it from day one. My cats would Pee out of the box, when spinning it, even while going slow, litter

Since the reviews were mixed I gave this a try, and regretted it from day one. My cats would Pee out of the box, when spinning it, even while going slow, litter would come out, and no matter how much I shuck the litter receptacle part, litter would go everywhere. I tossed this litter box after 2 weeks, thinking it would get better... it did not!!!

Works with extras

Reading the reviews, I bought a cat mat and a diaper bin. The reviews are accurate. You have to roll it upside down and bang on the top (bottom) for stuck clumps

Reading the reviews, I bought a cat mat and a diaper bin. The reviews are accurate. You have to roll it upside down and bang on the top (bottom) for stuck clumps. Once you roll the litter inside the scoop, you have to roll back and forth and possibly shake a little from side to side. This device only gets the large clumps and leaves the smaller clumps. I, personally, do not worry about pebbles inside the ocean and my cat doesn't seem to worry either. When you pull out the drawer, litter and small clumps will fall out. If you use a mat similar to "Fresh Kitty The Grate Cat Litter Mat, Medium" then its easy. Just dump and return the drawer then dump the mat clean. If you get a good diaper bin, you can clean the litter easy and more often. This product gets 5 stars because you do not have to put your face down and scoop, with all the avoidance and smell involved. You can clean the litter more often. Replacing litter will be problematic. There is only the one hole and a (very) small plug at the back. The diaper bin (again) makes it a bit easier. From some of the reviews, you may want to start a younger (smaller) cat out with this. Seems like some adult (larger) cats have trouble getting used to it. Cats can go into real small areas and the device is as small as reasonably possible. This may be a problem for large cats who are not used to this device. Its not too small to use though.
