Add approximately 4 inches of Frisco cat litter to a clean, dry litter box (this allows your cats to dig and cover their waste naturally). Scoop out waste daily, using a curved, slotted litter scoop. Throw away waste.

This is a nice, large litter box. It comes with a few cool things, including a litter trapper that goes under the box, and a smaller step that goes in front, to try to minimize litter getting everywhere. So far it works pretty well, and seems to be cleaner around the front of the box than our non-trapping setups. I think our cats like that the litter box is partially enclosed and it's a great size for even our chunkiest boy, but one thing I have noticed is that they don't like how noisy it is. Because the bottom is stainless steel, moving it around, scooping, and cleaning, is MUCH noisier than the plastic boxes. We have one kitty who is a little more skittish than the others, and she really does not want to be around when I'm doing anything with this box. The plus side of the stainless steel is that it seems easier to clean than the plastic boxes, so if your cat isn't too sensitive to noises, this would probably be a great option for you.

This box makes me want to switch all of my litter boxes to metal. It's so easy to clean, and this box does a great job of actually containing urine in the box. Jasper
This box makes me want to switch all of my litter boxes to metal. It's so easy to clean, and this box does a great job of actually containing urine in the box. Jasper likes to pee up high, so finding a box that is tall enough while also preventing the pee from seeping through the gap between the top and bottom halves had been a pain. I give this product 4 stars because a major feature is supposed to be preventing litter from escaping the box, and I didn't notice a difference in the amount of litter outside of the box. Fortunately there wasn't more than normal on the floor, so the other features that I do like make this box worth it to me.

Got this a few weeks ago, and immediately unpacked and put into use! I have 6 cats, so we have 7 litter boxes. All of the cats walked around it checking it out, but no one used it for about 24 hours. Now they all love it and I guess I am going to have to purchase more of them so this one isn't over used. It holds a lot of litter, and so easy to scoop and clean. The only thing I don't like about it is the scoop as smaller pieces fall through the slots so if they could make that tighter, it would save everyone some extra scooping.
