Easy Ordering and Support

My dog was prescribed a new and rather expensive medication. I ordered what I thought the Vet wanted but got it wrong. The Chewy pharmacy was great, fixed the problem

My dog was prescribed a new and rather expensive medication. I ordered what I thought the Vet wanted but got it wrong. The Chewy pharmacy was great, fixed the problem and made it right. Then when I got a double order and double bill, that was also fixed quickly and the reimbursement was very prompt. Nothing but great service hence the 5 stars.

Unreliable shipping

My order was a prescription drug that I needed urgently. The item was being delivered by Fed Ex and I was tracking the shipment. I was not at home at the time,

My order was a prescription drug that I needed urgently. The item was being delivered by Fed Ex and I was tracking the shipment. I was not at home at the time, so once the item status when to "out for delivery" I drove 170 miles to pick it up. While waiting for the delivery to arrive at the house, the status changed to "delayed" due to "operational issues". I had to drive back to where I had been staying and return the next day to get the item, costing a significant amount of time and money for gas. I have had similar issues with FedEx in the past and I will certainly look for purchase options in the future from vendors who do not use FedEx.

Chewy, ad on TV, 20% off 1st order. I did not get the discount. Had to call, had to talk to super. Pretty poor way to treat people.

Cancer

He seems to have perked up some and runs a little with my younger dog. I think it is making him very hungry. He is always "always asking me for treats." The vet

The vet is very pleased with how he looks, his tests, and how he acts with him at an appointment. I would recommend, but I think you should try other avenues of treatments first.

Prescribed by my Vet

I have a Miniature Schnauzer who has Cushings. This was recommended for her by one Vet. Another told me it was not used much anymore, but the dog is doing so well

I have a Miniature Schnauzer who has Cushings. This was recommended for her by one Vet. Another told me it was not used much anymore, but the dog is doing so well on it she simply said we will keep her on it. My dog takes it twice a week and is doing just fine so I would of course recommend this for any dog that has Cushings.
