Dented cans

My 2 cats wouldn't touch one of the dented cans after I opened it. It was more runny (soupy and had a white film) than usual and they walked away from it. After

My 2 cats wouldn't touch one of the dented cans after I opened it. It was more runny (soupy and had a white film) than usual and they walked away from it. After I opened up another can they both ate what was in that one. I think the dented cans should be inspected for contamination. At least when I go to the supermarket I can pick and choose from dented cans which I shy away from. Too bad Chewy ships us products that are dented which surprises me since they are packed with bubble wrap or paper wrapping in a box. Must be already dented before packing. Not happy as I now have at LEAST 11 of the 24 cans dented. I quit counting.

Bought for our cat Camry who loves this brand but only eats pate. I tried to changed up but my cat was no happy and refused to eat the sheared part, he only picked up the juices. Also, almost all cans were dented. The packaging was just fine, it came from the manufacturer that way. I didn't try to return since they had dents & my cat didn't like it, I end up donating them instead.

At least 1 can opened full, leaving a huge, stinky mess inside the boxes. All other cans are so dented, they're difficult to stack. Seems like they should have this process mastered by now.

The timeliness in getting my order to me!

My cats LOVE the gravy and then leave all the meat! Not sure why! But I feed what's left over to a cat in the neighborhood who comes EVERY NIGHT after she senses

This product, Friskies Extra Gravy Chuny with Beef in Savory Gravy, they changed the recipe some time ago... it used to be a "beef" color and now it is more like a chicken color.... I just pray the ingredients will be ok as I have fed my cats this product for years.... You provide super fantastic service! The delivery company/drivers that are out of your control, however, are rough with the items and have often left the product in direct sun, smashed boxes. Overall you service is amazing!

My cat loves this chopped up with extra pureed friskies. He is now eating after feeling poorly and nauseous from feline kidney disease. He still has the disease

My cat loves this chopped up with extra pureed friskies. He is now eating after feeling poorly and nauseous from feline kidney disease. He still has the disease but he is now eating and feeling better. We had tried everything else. No dried food now but he loves catnip greenies too for treats. He’s almost 16.
