Damaged cans

Most of the cans were dented if not all. 7 were popped open and food was on the other cans. Had to take labels off some and wash them. It was a stinky mess but could

Most of the cans were dented if not all. 7 were popped open and food was on the other cans. Had to take labels off some and wash them. It was a stinky mess but could have been worse if the weather was hotter. Getting dented and popped cans and a mess to clean up is not worth the little discount that you get by ordering. I can pick it up at the grocery store and not have to deal with this. I'm getting a refund for the 7 cans. They didn't care about the dented cans. Thinking I'll return them.

They love the flavor, but Half of my cans were badly dented

Having multiple cats has been an issue regarding them being so picky about flavors but this gets all of them together! They really like the scent, texture, and taste

Having multiple cats has been an issue regarding them being so picky about flavors but this gets all of them together! They really like the scent, texture, and taste. The problem is the shipping issue. I had ordered 3 cases (different flavors of each case for variety) and when I had opened the box, out of the 72 cans total, 16 of the cans are so dented (11 in this case alone) that not only are they going to be an issue to open, but the seals might also be bad on over half of those so I don't know if they will even eat them.

My 18yr cat's favorite.

Every time I open the can my 18yr old cat posidon lets me know he wants it. He will meow at me until its given. Once i give it to him he eats it like crazy and leave

The cost is reasonable, shipping and packaging are excellent. As for the flavor , Miss Molly refuses anything but Friskies Prime Filets with Salmon and Beef in sauce canned food. Thank you Chewy.

Over five cans of food were busted.

The damage came from chewy’s warehouse because there was no damage on the outside box that you put it in to ship it here

Best Customer Service

My order was stuck in Chillicothe, OH for 3 days. I spoke with Beck and he sent out a replacement order. That was very nice! The other order eventually made it

My order was stuck in Chillicothe, OH for 3 days. I spoke with Beck and he sent out a replacement order. That was very nice! The other order eventually made it to me. We have been having issues with Fed Ex. When she delivered it Tuesday evening, she pulled just off the side of the road near our driveway, opened the side of the truck and rolled the box out. It landed upright right beside the road. She actually almost ran over the box with her rear tires. This was witnessed by myself and my husband. My husband thought she was going to get a dolly so she could roll it up to the house, which is about 50 feet away, but she closed the door and drove off! My husband unpackaged everything out where it landed and carried it for me. I have breast cancer and I'm not able to carry real heavy things, that's why I order from Chewy, for the convenience. I filed a complaint with Fed Ex and was instructed someone would call me, but they have not. I just think you should be aware. I am in no way upset with Chewy. it's a convenience that I have become dependent on and appreciate a lot.
