Where are our products made (USA)

Do these have guaranteed levels of taurine?
Yes! Taurine is an essential amino acid that supports vision and heart health in cats, as well as the production of bile salts that aid in digestion. Although cats require taurine to thrive, they are unable to produce a sufficient amount on their own to support these critical bodily functions. They need an adequate dietary supply or they become deficient.

Why do you include bone broth as an ingredient?
According to Dr. Katja Lang, Made by Nacho's veterinary consultant, cats naturally have a low thirst drive. Simply put, cats don't always feel the need to drink enough water to meet their daily requirement. Limited water intake can lead to dehydration, which can lead to constipation, bladder inflammation, and kidney disease. With that in mind, we added deeply hydrating and super flavorful bone broth (Nacho's signature ingredient) to almost all of our recipes (with the exception of treats) to help encourage cats to take in additional fluids when they eat.
