Very puffy?
This is a weird review, but the bed was so puffy I couldn't encourage my dog to get on it. :/
Outstanding customer service!!
I recently purchased a personalized bed for a friend who's pup had BVEAP procedure! Addy (yorkie) loves it! Also, my daughter lost 2 of her cats within a week of each other. When she contacted customer servie, they told her to keep the food left over & donate it to a shelter. You also refunded her money &&&& sent a card & flowers!! I have a few friends that have told that is what happened also when they contacted CHEWY,OUTSTANDING!!!!!
like wipes not packaging
I opened the first package and I was 1/4 down the package and the closure won’t stay closed. The cloth wipes are nice and good size but how do I keep them from drying out?
Don’t waste your money
I have wasted my money on this monogrammed dog bed that is non returnable My dog can’t even get in the bed ; the bedding is so much cotton that it makes a hill in the middle I have put bricks in the bed to try and make it go down and it has barely gone down plus when she tried to get in the bottom slides and the whole bed riocks Worst purchase I have ever made
Great until the cat used it as a litter box
Maybe it was my fault for embroidering “Best Dog” on the outside. How could I have anticipated the cat’s pure distain for such professions? All was well until she used it as a litter box. Having the bottom waterproof does no good when the stuffing can be soaked and not replaced. Please make replacement stuffing available for the bed and bolster. It’s a waste of money without those options if “soiled” by a vengeful cat.
So cozy and comfy
This bed is so cozy and comfy. It's super soft. The teal color is so pretty and the personalization came out perfectly. The filling is nice and full and has remained so after a week of sleeping on it. The material seems sturdy, so I expect this bed to last a long time.
Don’t bother
We ordered this bed and it arrived so puffed up or filled with air or something my dog won’t even lay in it, she literally falls to the side when she tries. The front of it is 3 inches off the floor so you see the bottom, it’s very unsteady. Not worth the money. Also their name embroidery Is not even centered.
Fair and comfortable
It’s okay. Had a little hole in the bedding area. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning. Ghana does love it though. It’s her 2nd bed for downstairs.
Cozy bed for your pup
My 85 lbs pup loves this cozy bed. Embroidery is already falling apart(just got it yesterday) overall a good bed
