How long are the individual sizes? The size chart doesn't specify.

The Mini measures 12 inches long, the Medium measures 20 inches long, and the Large measures 27 inches long.
Does the different lengths get thicker in width? Customers need long rope toys with small diameter for small dogs but so often, the longer the rope, the thicker it gets.
