I had a $20 coupon for my order so I tried to order online but it was rejected. I realized that the coupon was mailed to my wife who has passed away. So I called

I had a $20 coupon for my order so I tried to order online but it was rejected. I realized that the coupon was mailed to my wife who has passed away. So I called and the person I talked to was so nice and he said he could honor the coupon anyway. He was having trouble with his computer so he apologized and said I’m gonna have to call back and talk to someone else but that he already put anote down that the coupon was honored. So the next day I called again and the girl again was so sweet. She saw the note. And took my order minus the $20. My order came on time and the dog food that I ordered I can’t get in the store so I’m very thankful that Chewy carries it.
