Obsessed Ferrets
By ReggiePan on Mar 11, 2021
Basically, every ferret related review will be that we can’t keep it away from our little rascals. They destroy everything, especially if they love it. They will climb walls, dump cabinets and Spider-Man their cage for this stuff. Nowhere is safe.

Great as treat or emergency glucose
By Peanut on Jan 11, 2021
Most ferrets I know love this stuff (one of my friend's young ferrets didn't at all and then one day decided he did and has loved it ever since). I only give a fingernail amount at a time (a "gumdrop" is what I call it) because it does have sugars in it and ferrets are prone to developing insulinomas. When I help trim toenails, my friend just holds the tube open and they work the entire time to get some while I clip. It was also nice to have for my older guys with insulinomas because I knew that if they went hypoglycemic I had something to give them that would help quickly. They would "come back" right in front of me and we'd avoid a vet trip. Don't like
By Russ on Jan 19, 2021
My female ferret will not eat this product. I put some in a small container and she literally threw in in bottom of cage where she poops.

Not for treats. Only good for sugar crashes.
By FerretMom on Oct 15, 2020
Firstly, my ferrets love this stuff. Problem is, it’s absolutely terrible for them. They can’t have sugar or grains because ferrets are obligate carnivores and only need meat. They only get it when they get their nails trimmed and after this bottle, I won’t be buying it again. Do not listen to what they tell you at the pet stores, do your own research, join Facebook groups. Salmon oil or “Pickle Juice” oil from Etsy are *much* better alternatives. The only use for this stuff is in a first aid kit for sugar crashes, not as a treat.

By Nope on Jan 9, 2021
Please if you have done any research on ferrets you will know they cannot have sugar and this stuff is LOADED with malt syrups etc which is so harmful

Ferret LOVED It
By Alpine on Jan 12, 2021
My ferret LOVES this. She'll eat it over her regular ferret treats. Highly recommended. It seems to give her a little extra energy too.
